The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any service will be outlined in a separate proposal, agreement, or invoice provided to the client before work begins. These Terms apply in addition to, and alongside, any such agreement.

2. Use of the Website

By using our Site, you agree that you will not:
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or related systems
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code to the Site
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

3. Service Engagement & Payment

  • Engagement of Suleman Web Studio services typically begins with a consultation, proposal, and mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing.
  • Payment terms (including deposits, milestones, and due dates) will be specified in the applicable proposal or invoice.
  • Late or missed payments may result in a pause or termination of ongoing work, at our discretion.
  • Prices for services are subject to change; any changes will not affect active agreements already in place, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

a) Our Content

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and branding, is the property of Suleman Web Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce this content without our prior written permission.

b) Client Deliverables

Ownership of final deliverables created for a client (e.g., a completed website, designed graphics) transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Suleman Web Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

c) Third-Party Materials

Some deliverables may include third-party assets (e.g., stock photos, fonts, plugins, or licensed software) that remain subject to their original licensing terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients agree to:
  • Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals as needed for project progress
  • Provide accurate information necessary to complete the engagement
  • Ensure they have the rights to any materials (images, text, logos, etc.) provided to Suleman Web Studio for use in a project
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Delays caused by late client feedback, approvals, or missing materials may affect project timelines, and Suleman Web Studio is not responsible for delays resulting from such factors.

6. Advertising & Marketing Services Disclaimer

For services involving paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) or organic growth strategies (SEO, Social Media Management):
  • Suleman Web Studio will use industry best practices and data-driven strategies to work toward agreed-upon goals.
  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., exact rankings, follower counts, or ROAS), as performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta) is separate from Suleman Web Studio management fees, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suleman Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s availability, reliability, or that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

9. Confidentiality

Both Suleman Web Studio and the client agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or strategic information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the services agreed upon.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable proposal or contract. Suleman Web Studio reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use of our services. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of any work completed up to the termination date.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties, and inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
